Lab Technician 1st & 2nd Shifts

The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting and overseeing laboratory testing by industry guidelines, including NOx activity testing and EPA Method 8a controlled condensate testing. The Technician will work closely with other laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results and will maintain laboratory equipment and inventory as required. Demonstrate ability to work independently. Willing to train the right candidate.

Laboratory Technician –
Physical Properties Testing

The Laboratory Technician will perform chemical and physical analysis of SCR catalyst finished product and raw materials utilizing X-Ray-Fluorescence, Mercury Auto-pore, Surface Area, Particle size analyzers, and Micro Vu instrument. This position will involve generating accurate data and meet critical delivery times for internal and external customers. The position supports Production, and Catalyst Product Development.
Maintenance Technician
This position is responsible for physical and mechanical condition of the building, utility systems, facility, and production equipment. Perform a variety of general repairs, installations, and maintenance to support production and process equipment. Maintain facility equipment, building and utility systems such as boilers, chillers, and water, air, and gas lines. Maintain a variety of electrical, PLC and electronic equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and replace worn or defective parts. Inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance duties.
Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Maintenance Team for a 1 to 2 year assignment. At CORMETECH our Maintenance Technicians are passionate about maintaining our production and processing equipment to minimize equipment downtime so that we can meet our business and client’s needs in a timely manner. Your primary role will be to perform highly diversified duties including but not limited to installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive maintenance systems and processes.

Operations & Controls Engineer

The Operations & Controls Engineer ensures the reliability, efficiency, and performance of product testing systems and control logic in the laboratory environment. This role combines traditional lab operations support—maintaining and improving test equipment—with expertise in PLC programming, automation, and electrical troubleshooting. The role involves close collaboration with production, IT, and engineering teams to enhance testing processes, resolve equipment faults, and drive process improvements.

Operations Supervisor 3rd Shift

Supervise Operation Associates daily responsibilities ensuring all operational goals are achieved for output, quality, safety, housekeeping and communications. Direct responsibilities for Operations Associate performance, training, and adherence to company policies.

Processing Operator

This position is a long-term temporary assignment with fulltime benefits, estimated to last for 6 to 12 months and will perform tasks such as vacuuming and catalytic element replacements that may require heavy lifting. In addition, this position will be responsible for various prep work, such as cutting felt, module tear down and staging catalyst logs for use. The work is in an industrial environment and may require manual cleaning of the product in order to prepare for further detailed cleaning. Responsibilities could include forklift driving if skills and experience are met for driving. Work is performed under general supervision.

Production Associate
We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our dynamic Operations Team. Your primary role will be to operate equipment using problem solving and decision-making techniques that will produce products that meet quality standards.

Production Associate

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our dynamic Operations Team. At CORMETECH our Production Associates are passionate about ensuring operational goals are achieved by being dedicated to safety, quality, and environmental impacts. Your primary role will include material assembly, operating equipment, recording and processing information and making decisions based on that information.

Production Associate

This position is needed for a six month assignment that involves material assembly, equipment operations, decision making, ability to show attention to quality detail work, and the ability to multitask. This position will require recording process information and making decisions based that information. May require using overhead cranes and/or forklifts to move catalyst fixtures or modules through the process while maintaining process specifications and recording process data. The operations associate may also encounter direct interaction with chemicals in an industrial atmosphere. Must be able to work required assigned shifts, day and/or evenings and possibly weekends.

Welder

We are currently seeking Welders to join our dynamic Operations Team. At CORMETECH our Welders are passionate about ensuring operational goals are achieved by being dedicated to safety, quality, and environmental impacts. Your primary role will include welding of steel modules using MIG welding equipment and techniques. Welders will perform both structural and non-structural welds in this position.

Welder – 2nd Shift

This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, welding of steel modules using MIG welding equipment/techniques, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
