We Do the Lab Work

Our in-house laboratories perform full bench catalyst testing and XRF / BET analysis to determine catalyst deactivation rates and provide corrective measures for system optimization. We also perform micro scale testing when necessary.

Ranging from a one-day demonstration to a full reactor cleaning, we provides a unique Ice Blasting technique to clear your catalyst of plugging. The utilization of dry ice in the cleaning process is not only safe and convenient, but severly minimizes the residence time of moisture on the catalyst walls, reducing outage time when returning your catalyst to its full potential.

DCS Data Analysis

As a means of troubleshooting an issue with or related to the SCR, we have the ability to review data collected from the plants data collection system and analyze it for trends showing issues.

We’re Cleaning Up the Industry

In order to rid your reactors of the industry-wide problem of ash-buildup, we partner with other industry leaders for acoustic cleaners and ash sweepers which displace the damaging ash particles, significantly improving catalyst operation and life-span.
