Two Leaders. One Mission.
Cormetech and Johnson Matthey have spent decades doing the same kind of work in adjacent domains. We’ve focused on stationary emissions — the catalysts that clean the air around power plants, refineries, and industrial sites. JM has built a particular expertise across mobile applications — light duty gasoline, light duty diesel, and heavy duty diesel. Together, the combined portfolio will cover the full landscape of clean air emissions control, with deep technical expertise on both sides.
What This Means.
Today’s announcement marks the beginning of our partnership, expected to close at the end of June or in July 2026. Looking ahead, our work together will bring decades of combined clean air expertise to industries we collectively serve — from power gen to transportation.
